Privacy Policy

Farm Remedies collects as little about you as possible. This page says exactly what is kept and why.

What we collect

Only what is needed to give you what you paid for:

• Your email address, which you give at checkout
• The amount you paid and the reference number of your payment
• The date of your purchase

That is all. There is no account to create, no password, no name, no address, and no phone number.

What we never see

Your card or banking details. Payment is handled entirely by PayFast, who have their own privacy policy. Those details never reach this website.

Why we keep it

Your email address is how your access link is sent, and how you get a new one if you lose it. The payment record is how we confirm you have paid, and is kept for accounting purposes.

Who else is involved

• PayFast — takes the payment and tells this site it succeeded
• Brevo — sends your access email
• Vercel and Neon — host the website and its database

Your details are not sold, rented or shared with anyone else, and you will not be added to a marketing list.

Cookies

No tracking or advertising cookies are used, and there is no analytics software following you around. A cookie is set only when the site owner signs in to manage the site.

Your rights

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email zonderhout07@gmail.com and we will do it.

Deleting your record also removes your access, since your email address is the only proof of purchase held.
